Suzhou Omay U series, V series and SE series insulating flame-retardant PC films & sheets are designed for automotive power battery safety protection scenarios, and can be used for components such as inter-cell separators, module insulating gaskets, copper/aluminum busbar insulation, PACK protective liners and BMS insulating barriers. The products achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, with excellent electrical insulation performance, high CTI, good thermal stability, resistance to damp heat aging, and no dripping at high temperatures, effectively delaying the spread of thermal runaway. The materials feature good flexibility and are suitable for precision die-cutting, stamping, bending and other processing techniques; halogen-free and environmentally friendly, they meet relevant regulations for vehicle-mounted batteries, and specifications such as thickness and surface antistatic properties can be customized according to battery pack structure, providing stable and reliable insulating flame-retardant solutions for power battery systems.
